Do you feel time pass while in a coma?

I just read an article about a man who woke up from a coma after 19 years and at the bottom of the article it says: "He said he vaguely recalled the family gatherings he was taken to while in a coma and his wife and children trying to communicate with him."I understand there are varied types of unresponsive states, but in general, when you are comatose does it feel like it has been 19 years, etc...?
Answer:
My brother was in a coma for about 2 years following a car accident... He said he has no memory of any of it. Its kind strange, the accident happened in 1989, when he was a freshman in high school, and since he woke from the coma he has been forever stuck in the 80's. Really, he even has the same hair cut and listens to the same music... Point is, he says he does not remember anything while in the coma.
I just read that too! and I was wondering the same exact thing. sorry I couldn't help you though.= /
Maybe it depends on how bad your coma is
INCREDIBLE STORY; DEPENDS ON THE COMATOSE YOU ARE INTO, SOME PEOPLE SAID THEY RECALL SOME PARTS OF IT AND AT THE TIME THEY TRY TO COMMUNICATE BUT NO PART OF THE BODY RESPOND TO HIS ATTEMPT.
i was in a coma for 7 days as a child when i woke up all i wanted to know was what time cartoon's came on. i do not remember anything.
