Doctors to answer?

i had an exposure once and for all in my lifetime with a friend
protected
sore throat after two weeks
ofcourse was tense and got myself tested upto
8 months with elisa nad western blot
all tests were negative
i swear no more such encounters
just wnt to know is there any chance ..
