My theory is that a person gets cancer because their body doesn't produce enough heat, i think there is a relation between the weight of your body and a quantity of heat that the body has to produced . If this relation is not respected you developed cancer. All in all when you don't spend energy that you should do, that you don't make enough sport that your body demands you get tumor, cancer .
